Our desk’s success has been crafted on the solid foundations of our strategic advisory and consultative approach with our clients, candidates and Industry bodies.
How do you close deals?
We have been extremely fortunate to partner with decisive clients and candidates, who – early on in the recruitment process – articulate what their needs are. With that in mind, we have been able to present candidates who accurately meet the client’s requirements.

I have built a personal Talent Acquisition brand with 18 years of intellectual property relational experience to leverage off.
I am a registered student psychologist which provides candidates and clients with a unique value add to the recruitment journey.
I sit on various sub committees of Industry bodies in an advisory capacity, which lends itself to me having a comprehensive perspective on skills demand, changes in legislation and qualification requirements.
